Faro — A New Villa Cluster at The Heights
Faro at The Heights is a 291-villa cluster registered by Emaar Development (DLD #4450) inside The Heights Country Club & Wellness — the same 7.5 million square metre wellness master plan that already sells Serro, Serro 2 and Salva next door. Faro's own mix is 145 three-bedroom and 146 four-bedroom villas, starting from 2,300 square feet and AED 2.4 million, on the community's usual 80/20 payment plan. The project registered in April 2026 and is still at 0% construction — the earliest-stage cluster in the master plan so far.

Emaar is Dubai's benchmark master developer — Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches and The Oasis. Faro is one of five villa clusters it is currently selling inside The Heights, its wellness-led master plan. Faro is registered under Emaar Development P.J.S.C. (DLD #4450, April 2026) — the newest of the master plan's launched clusters, alongside Serro, Serro 2 and Salva, which sit in the same 81 million square foot community and share its wellness centre, private beach and parks. A second, separate cluster called Faro 2 has also been registered in the same master plan; as of this page's last check its pricing and payment plan had not yet been announced, so it is not covered here.

Faro sits inside The Heights Country Club & Wellness, at the junction of E611 Emirates Road and E77 Expo Road — 10 minutes to Expo City Dubai, 10 minutes to Al Maktoum International, 20 minutes to Dubai Hills Estate and about 30 minutes to Downtown Dubai.
