Lamar Development is a Dubai developer founded by Rayyan Al Ajaji and Abdullah Al Ajaji, based at Emaar Square in Downtown Dubai. It works with architects including David Chipperfield, Studio MK27, Patricia Urquiola, Jacobsen Arquitetura and Isay Weinfeld across a portfolio spanning residential (Sea Mirror on Jumeirah Bay Island, Park Lamar and Sea Mirror Residences on the Dubai Water Canal), co-living (The Muse 22) and workspace (Unbox).

Bureau Lamar is Lamar's first large-scale commercial launch — seven Grade A office towers, a five-star hotel, 122,000 sq ft of retail and dining, and a cultural district on a 550-plus-metre Dubai Water Canal peninsula in Business Bay. Designed by Jun'ya Ishigami following a competition that also shortlisted Herzog & de Meuron, Barozzi Veiga, Valerio Olgiati and Studio KO, it targets LEED Platinum certification with delivery due Q4 2030.
