Aldar has released Al Ghadeer Parks, a 453-home community of two- to four-bedroom townhouses and standalone villas on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border, with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. This is a separate, later release inside the Al Ghadeer masterplan — it is not Al Ghadeer Gardens, the 437-home project that launched in May 2026 and sold out for more than AED 1 billion. Several aggregator and blog pages publish the Gardens figures (437 units, from AED 1.6–1.7 million, handover Q4 2029) under the Parks name; those pages are describing the sold-out project.

The pricing comes from a broker price list dated 8 September 2026: two-bedroom townhouses from AED 1.9 million, three-bedroom townhouses from AED 2.3 million (AED 2.4 million for a corner unit) and four-bedroom villas from AED 3.3 million, on a 55/45 construction-linked plan with handover targeted for Q2 2031. Aldar has published neither that price list nor a brochure of its own, and no UAE news outlet has yet covered a release under the Parks name.
