Radisson Residences Tower 3

Royal Development Holding and Radisson Hotel Group unveiled Radisson Residences, an AED 1.2 billion three-tower waterfront collection on Abu Dhabi's Al Reem Island — presented as the world's first standalone Radisson-branded residences. Tower 3 is the last of the three: 24 residential floors over a shared podium, with studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhouses, and completion targeted for the end of 2027.
No price for Tower 3 has been published by the developer. The widely repeated "from AED 800,000" figure is Tower 2's studio entry price and is tied to Tower 3 by no source at all. A single broker page written specifically for Tower 3 quotes a starting price near AED 1.9 million, which no second source corroborates. The payment plan for this tower is also undisclosed: the 40/60 split on record belongs to Tower 2, and one broker lists Tower 3's plan simply as "update soon".
