Sol Terra Gardens

SOL Properties, the Bhatia Group's development arm, is taking early registrations for Sol Terra Gardens, a gated low-rise apartment community in District 11 of Jumeirah Village Circle, on the same plot as the developer's Sol Terra Casa townhouses. Property Finder lists it as upcoming with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and marks sizes, prices and payment plan "coming soon"; the developer-tracking portal Propsearch tags the project "Planned". Around 30,000 sq ft of amenities are described, including a pool, gym, courts and a children's play area.

Reports that the project launched or went to presale in August 2026 are corroborated nowhere — no UAE property outlet has covered a launch at all. Four broker pages quote a studio from AED 730,000, a one-bedroom at AED 1.23 million, a two-bedroom at AED 1.88 million, a 30/70 payment plan and a 31 December 2027 handover, but those four pages read as one syndicated block of copy, and a fifth broker states that unit types, sizes, pricing and payment plan are all still to be announced. No source lists the "plus study" layouts that circulate informally.
