How Reportage differs from other Dubai developers

Reportage Group is an Abu Dhabi company that sells at the entry end of the UAE off-plan market and publishes a completion percentage for every project it builds.

An Abu Dhabi company first
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, it built in Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island before it built in Dubai.
The bottom of the price range
Its own project listing opened at AED 400k for a Bianca townhouse and AED 465K at Verdana on 20 August 2026, against AED 2.8M for Brabus Island and Sensi.
A completion percentage for every project
The construction tracker gave a figure for all 51 projects on 20 August 2026, from 1% to 100%, with monthly video updates for Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the international portfolio.
The fastest growth in Abu Dhabi in 2025
Cavendish Maxwell counted 1,300 Reportage sales against 400 the year before, the sharpest rise among the developers named in that report.
A third of the portfolio outside the UAE
Of 116 projects, 34 are international, across 20-plus countries including Egypt, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Morocco, Albania, France and the United States.
Why GRAF recommends Reportage

Reportage Group suits a buyer looking at a finished, entry-priced Dubailand address. GRAF sells Rukan, the company's Wadi Al Safa community of townhouses and lofts on about 2,600,000 sq ft, with more than 70% kept as open space. Both Rukan Lofts and Rukan Tower are already handed over, so a buyer here is choosing a completed community, not a construction bet.

Why consider Rukan
  1. Rukan is already delivered, not a promiseRukan Lofts (phase one, 2022) and Rukan Tower (three towers, 608 apartments, 2024) both stand at 100% on Reportage's own construction tracker, and Invest-Gate reported the Rukan Tower handover on 28 August 2024.
  2. Most of the community stays open spaceReportage states Rukan spans about 2,600,000 sq ft, with more than 70% kept as public space and greenery rather than built footprint.
  3. An entry-level price point for DubailandGRAF's Rukan listing starts from AED 970k, at the affordable end of the Dubailand townhouse and villa market.
