Ellington Properties company profile
Ellington Properties builds design-led residential buildings, and it builds them in three settings. Most of its work is apartment buildings of one to three hundred homes placed inside master plans run by other companies — this is where Everly Place at Meydan Horizon, Windsor House in Dubai South and Eltiera Heights on Jumeirah Islands sit, three of the five Ellington addresses GRAF lists. Separately it has moved into villas and townhouses of its own at The Sanctuary in District 11, into hospitality with the Meriva Collection on Dubai Islands, and out of the emirate entirely into Ras Al Khaimah, where Costa Mare stands on Al Marjan Island. Eaton Square at Meydan Horizon, the fifth address GRAF lists, belongs to none of those three — it is an office tower. See "Who owns Ellington Properties?" below for how the company is held and who runs it.
Buildings that made the name
Ellington is known for many buildings across Dubai — among the best known are the Belgravia series in Jumeirah Village Circle, the estate where the company started in 2016 and where seven Belgravia-branded buildings now stand; DT1, its glass-clad tower between Burj Khalifa Boulevard and Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai; Wilton Terraces and Wilton Park Residences inside Sobha Hartland; Kensington Waters and Berkeley Place in Mohammed Bin Rashid City; Ellington Beach House on the east crescent of Palm Jumeirah; Ocean House, its ultra-luxury nine-storey block on the same island; UH by Ellington at Jumeirah Lakes Towers with DMCC; and Mercer House, the two-tower scheme at Uptown Dubai that carries its largest construction contract. Outside Dubai it works on Hayat Island and in Al Hamra with RAK Properties, and on Al Marjan Island beside the Wynn resort.
In December 2024 Ellington unveiled Ellington Cove, its first beachfront residences, on Dubai Islands. In February 2026 the Meriva Collection added a hotel to that island, and in May 2026 the company opened handover at Ellington House II in Dubai Hills Estate and at Arbor View in Arjan.
