The Symphony – 84 Grade A Offices on Floors 2–8 of Imtiaz's Zaha Hadid Tower
Eighty-four Grade A offices on floors 2 to 8 of a Zaha Hadid-designed mixed-use tower in Meydan Horizon, ten minutes from Downtown Dubai — an office band with its own reception and skyline lounge, over five landscaped podium levels carrying 35 amenities. Offices from 590 ft² and AED 2,395,481 (developer feed, Sep 2026) on a 20/40/40 plan, handover Q2 2029.
The Symphony Meydan Horizon
Imtiaz's Zaha Hadid Architects tower in Meydan Horizon holds three products: 84 offices on floors 2 to 8, 7 retail spaces in the podium, and 290 homes above. The 91 offices and shops sell one at a time, and the homes separately.

Imtiaz Developments
Imtiaz Developments is a Dubai private developer led by chief executive Masih Imtiaz, who states he founded the business as a construction venture in 1993. In this market it is known for launch-day sell-outs: RAW DISTRICT took AED 2 billion, and RAW DISTRICT II sold out on its launch day, 27 July 2026, at AED 1.5 billion. The Symphony is developed through its DLD-registered entity Imtiaz Symphony Development. The Symphony is Imtiaz's Zaha Hadid Architects building, and the offices in it are a band of their own low in the tower — floors 2 to 8, with a reception and a skyline lounge the homes above do not share.
Imtiaz's other commercial addresses are Cove Boulevard in Dubai Land Residence Complex, 149 offices inside 436 units; RAW DISTRICT II, whose primary is sold out; and Wynwood Horizon, which is retail only. See the full Imtiaz developer profile.

The Symphony – Meydan Horizon, Bu Kadra, about ten minutes from Downtown Dubai
The Symphony goes up in Meydan Horizon, the Bu Kadra corner of Meydan and Mohammed Bin Rashid City, on a 4,234 m² plot between the Ras Al Khor wetlands and Downtown. The drive is what matters to an office: ten minutes to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and DIFC on the same corridor, Al Ain Road and Ras Al Khor Road at the door, Meydan One and the racecourse district next door. The blocks around the plot are low-rise and still building out, so a 34-floor Zaha Hadid tower here will be visible from a long way off. Meydan and Mohammed Bin Rashid City are freehold districts; ask us for the tenure on the unit you want.

The Symphony
Offices inside a Zaha Hadid building, over a podium of 35 amenities.
Floors 2 to 8 have their own reception and skyline lounge, work stations and wet pantries on the office levels, and five landscaped podium levels of pools, gardens, a clubhouse and an observatory deck a lift ride from the desk. It is an easy building to spend a working day in.
Zaha Hadid Architects
Zaha Hadid Architects designed the tower, and the ribbed facade reads as Sadu weaving and Talli embroidery. Practice director Gianluca Racana presented it at the Coca-Cola Arena launch, first reported 3 December 2025.
An Office Reception and Skyline Lounge of Their Own
The office band arrives through its own reception and keeps a skyline lounge upstairs — somewhere to put a client that is neither your meeting room nor a café.
35 Amenities on Five Landscaped Podium Levels
Executive lounge and dining, work stations and wet pantries, a gym and an observatory deck, pools, a clubhouse, a library and a viewing garden — Imtiaz names 35, a lift ride from the desk.
84 Offices Low in the Tower, on Floors 2 to 8
Seven floors of Grade A offices from 590 to 2,850 ft², with 7 retail spaces in the podium beneath them. Low floors mean a short lift and a client upstairs in a minute.
Ten Minutes to Downtown Dubai
Meydan Horizon puts the Burj Khalifa about ten minutes away by car, with Business Bay and DIFC on the same corridor and Meydan One next door.
Seven Retail Spaces in the Podium
The podium holds 7 retail units under 84 offices and 290 homes, so the footfall is in the building from the day it fills. Broker asking from AED 5,900,000, September 2026.
Handover Q2 2029, Work Under Way
Work started in Q1 2026 and the sub-structure was 10% complete on Imtiaz's own page on 26 September 2026 — a build already out of the drawing stage, with handover in Q2 2029.

Imtiaz's plan — 20% on booking, 40% through construction, 40% on completion.
Twenty per cent on booking, staggered instalments through construction in 2026–2028, and the last 40% on completion — so 60% is paid while the tower goes up and the last 40% only when there is an office to take delivery of. Handover is Q2 2029. Budget the costs that sit outside any payment plan: the 4% DLD transfer fee, Oqood registration for an off-plan unit, and the 5% VAT a commercial purchase carries. The service charge, the fit-out standard and which of the 35 amenities the office floors may use are quoted per unit — ask us for those, and for the escrow record and current availability, before you reserve. The date that binds you is the one in your SPA.
Why The Symphony's Offices are a Smart Commercial Investment
For Growth
A Zaha Hadid address ten minutes from Downtown opens at AED 2,395,481 for 590 ft² (developer feed, Sep 2026). The one office sale on the Land Department record here cleared at AED 3,430,000 for 1,056 ft², AED 3,250 per ft² (DLD, 14 Sep 2026) — some 21% under the AED 4,058–4,160 brokers ask, and that gap is where your negotiation starts.
For the Long Hold
A 381-unit tower pays for what 84 offices never could on their own: a Zaha Hadid facade, five landscaped podium levels and 35 amenities. Your tenant gets pools, a gym, a clubhouse and an observatory deck downstairs, and a landmark address in a district still building out keeps an office let between tenancies.
For Your Company
Your own office instead of a rent cheque — from 590 ft² at AED 2,395,481, on 20% down, 40% through construction and 40% at completion. Floors 2 to 8 are a short lift from the street, the executive lounge takes the meeting your own room cannot hold, and the office levels come with work stations and wet pantries.
