Majid Al Futtaim is selling the Distrikt cluster inside Ghaf Woods, its forest-integrated community in Wadi Al Safa 4, Dubailand. Distrikt 3 & 4 is described across broker and portal listings as the newest release of that cluster: one- to three-bedroom apartments, garden residences and three-bedroom duplexes, with handover consistently given as Q3 2029 — later than the earlier Ghaf Woods clusters, which is why some pages still show 2027 dates.

Two-bedroom listings run from roughly AED 2.0 million to AED 3.06 million depending on size, floor and cluster, so there is no single entry price to quote. The payment plan is published two incompatible ways: some brokers call it 40/60 (10% on booking plus 30% during construction, 60% at handover), while most describe 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% at handover. A limited 2% DLD waiver is reported informally and appears in none of the published sources; one broker page states plainly that the 4% transfer fee is not included.
